Breakfast Clubs
From 7:45am Monday to Friday for children from Nursery to Year 6 at St Cuthbert’s and for children from Reception to Year 6 at Glasshouses
Run by Ms Wilshaw at St Cuthbert’s and Mrs Rocha/Mrs Clarke at Glasshouses, our Breakfast Clubs provide a relaxed and enjoyable breakfast environment for pupils from 7:45am until the start of the school day.
Pupils are provided with a healthy and nutritious breakfast (up to 8:30am) and the opportunity to engage in low key, self-chosen activities.
We recognise the juggling that families have to do to meet work and school commitments, and so parents and carers have the opportunity to use our Breakfast Club either every day, just on certain days each week, or on an ad-hoc basis.
We also operate a ‘drop-off only’ service at both schools from 8:30am (no breakfast provided).
Bookings must be made by email to parentinfo@uppernidderdalefed.school by midday on Friday for the week ahead.
Charges
- £3.50 from 7:45am to include breakfast
- £1.00 early drop off from 8:30am (no breakfast)
Child care vouchers can be used for this service through your employer.
Parents will be invoiced for the sessions attended at the end of each week via ParentPay.
After-school provision – our CHAMPS CAMPS
From 3:30pm until 5.30pm Monday to Thursday for children from Nursery to Year 6 at St Cuthbert’s, and Monday to Friday for children from Reception to Year 6 at Glasshouses
Our CHAMPS CAMPS are run by Ms Wilshaw at St Cuthbert’s and Mrs Clarke at Glasshouses.
In addition to the daily activities, the children are also given a drink and a light snack.
Charges
Our charges are to cover the cost of staffing, provisions and any small profit made is invested straight back into extended school provision.
- £5.00 3:30 – 4:30 including a drink and a snack (up to an hour)
- £8.00 3:30 – 5:30 including a drink and a snack (over an hour)
